Land, collect, go racing
Visiting fans lose the same first afternoon every time: a passport queue for a SIM card, a transit card nobody explains, and then a bag search at the circuit that takes half of what they brought. We sort the first half before you fly and hand you the second half at your hotel.
How it works
- 1 Message us with your dates and where you are staying
- 2 We confirm what you actually need and quote it — the digital half arrives the same day
- 3 The kit is delivered to your hotel in Kuala Lumpur, or collected from us on arrival
The packs
The Pre-Flight Pack
Price on request
Everything that has to be sorted before you board, sorted before you board. No box, no delivery address, no queue at arrivals — it lands in your inbox, and a local is on the other end of WhatsApp from the day you buy it until the day you fly home.
What you get
- Malaysia eSIM — QR code before you fly, online the moment you land. Since February 2026 a physical Malaysian SIM needs your original passport and a facial-recognition check in person, so nobody can legitimately hand you a pre-activated one.
- Our full race-weekend handbook (PDF): getting to the circuit, session timings, gate and grandstand maps
- The KL After Dark nightlife eBook, included
- A local on WhatsApp — which grandstand, which neighbourhood to stay in, whether that airport transfer quote is a rip-off. Ask anything, in English or Chinese.
- Timed reminders so nothing is missed: your MDAC arrival card three days out (it's free and official — we just send you the link at the right moment), what to do at KLIA, and a race-morning weather and shuttle call
The Race Day Kit
Price on request
Sepang in October is 32°C, humidity in the eighties, and a decent chance of a thunderstorm that arrives in under a minute. Every item in here is checked against the circuit's own prohibited-items list, so nothing gets taken off you at the gate. Delivered to your hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
What you get
- Reusable poncho — an umbrella isn't actually banned at Sepang, but it's hopeless in the wind and you'll be asked to lower it in a full stand
- Touch 'n Go card, pre-loaded — trains, buses, tolls and convenience stores, with no registration needed
- Cooling towel and a rechargeable hand fan
- SPF 50+ sunscreen and a Sepang 2026 cap
- Electrolyte sachets — the circuit only lets you carry in one sealed bottle up to 600 ml, so you will be buying water inside. These make each bottle count.
- Reusable ear protection — bring the kids, keep their hearing
- Foldable seat cushion — chairs and stools are on the prohibited list, cushions are not, and it is three days on concrete
- Dry pouch for phone and wallet
- The printed race-weekend handbook, with our gate, shuttle and grandstand maps
The Two-Race Pack
Price on request
Both packs together, plus everything the overland run to the Singapore Grand Prix the following weekend actually needs. Sepang is 2–4 October and Singapore is 9–11 October: five days in between, one border, and a lot of people who leave it too late.
What you get
- Everything in the Pre-Flight Pack and the Race Day Kit
- A regional eSIM covering both Malaysia and Singapore — one QR code for both race weekends, no swapping at the border
- Our printed KL → Melaka → Singapore itinerary — the exact operators, the booking links, and the day to use them, because race-week seats go early
- Border-crossing briefing: which crossing, which queue, and a reminder to file your SG Arrival Card — free, official, and only accepted within three days of arriving
- A day bag that survives both a monsoon and a night out
Prices depend on your dates, group size and collection point, so we quote directly rather than posting a fixed number. Message us and you will get a straight answer with no obligation.
